In 1992 he developed his talents at one of London's top catering companies moving onto Formula One at the age of 22. Here he lead the field in 5* paddock hospitality running the Benetton, Ferrari and Ducati Moto GP catering operations. During this time he extended his knowledge of food from his travels throughout the most influential food capitals of the world and now incorporates these skills into the exciting world of event catering. He has been fortunate enough to have worked with many talented professionals over the years and now has built a vibrant kitchen team of chefs including Philip Kearsey, classically trained in British cuisine and Erwan Guillo, a chef born and trained in Brittany. Our event managers and office based support bring together the line up of enthusiastic waiting staff providing an all round winning team.
