Food is at the heart of our business. We embrace each season, supporting local artisan produce to enhance our creative journey in delivering an outstanding dining event experience. We pay attention to the detail in everything that we do; from the initial concept through to the final presentation. We approach each occasion from the corporate canapé launch party to the black- tie dinner, not as a one-off catering event; but as the start of a long term relationship with each and every one of our clients.

Our passion is event design from concept to completion every aspect of catering; from venue hire, to equipment rental, floral arrangements, music, entertainment décor, transportation and valet parking – We handle it all.

Meet our Team

Our Founder and Executive Chef, Gareth Palmer

Gareth developed his talents at one of London’s top catering companies. Moving onto Formula 1 he ran 5 star paddock hospitality for Benetton and Ferrari; here he extended his knowledge of international cuisine whilst traveling throughout the most influential food capitals of the world. He now incorporates these skills into the exciting world of event catering across the UK.

We select and employ very special people, chosen for their exceptional abilities and experience. What they all have in common is a passion to create wonderful food. And, just as importantly, they bring their own individual personalities and experiences to enhance what Vanilla Bean offers.

The Events Team

Our Events Team excel in the art of planning and managing fantastic events. Months before your celebration you will meet your event coordinator and begin planning every aspect of your event; from the moment you arrive until the last guest has left. You can count on our team to understand your needs and guide you through what can sometimes seem like an overwhelming process, helping you make the right choices.

Bar and Service Team

Our Bar and Service Team have a common passion to produce the difference between good and exceptional service. The meticulous planning and detail in our food design would be in vain if not for the impeccable service our team provides. From creating stylish cocktails to serving our beautiful food their aim is to make your guests feel special.
