The Brief – 50th birthday party, our client wanted to create Miami vice themed food and cocktails and music with fancy to celebrate with her friends.
The Event
Miami Vice? No problem! Our client came to us with a love for 80’s Miami so that’s what we created. We did this with bright production, silk shirts with food and cocktails to match to the vibe! All under one roof in a gorgeous white marquee which really allowed the colours to pop – just look at the photos!
Our usual flair bar tenders brought all the razz, serving Banana Colada’s & Espresso martinis with a Saxophonist adding to the classic vibe we had created.
This was one of our growingly popular bowl food events, which is just such a great social way of eating and really keeps the party going! We served Pulled Beef Sliders with Gherkins and ‘Freedom fries’, Bowls of Mac & Cheese with sauteed leeks and pulled ham and a Shrimp Cocktail with Avocado, crispy lettuce and Bloody Mary mayonnaise.
Lighting, Casino Tables and all the 80’s dance hits brought the rest of the event together!
