With Summer 2019 just around the corner, the Vanilla Bean team have been working hard to ensure that this year’s menus are even bigger, bolder and more exciting than ever before!

Head chef Jeremy and senior sous chef John have been working hard on our menus over the last few months. while the team remains the same, we’ll be adding lots of exciting and delicious new dishes to our repertoire; plus we’ll be extending our Alfresco fine dining menu. The Alfresco menu is already causing a stir with clients planning this year’s summer parties, weddings and corporate events.
Fancy a South American Summer?
Back by popular demand! Named after the ‘Churrasqueira’ or Brazilian barbecue that it is cooked on, Churrasco uses a mixture of briquette, lava rock, charcoal and wood fuel to cook a variety of skewered meats over its open grill. Even more exciting, Vanilla bean use four varieties of wood chip during cooking in order to further enhance the flavours!
What’s hot this summer?
Will anything knock the world’s finest barbecue concept from its South American perch? Head chef Jeremy’s firm favourite is still the wood fired harissa lamb and seafood with Middle Eastern meze.
It’s a tough one to call when orders are coming in for our huge pans of paella with tapas. Or how about our slow and low cooked brisket straight off our American smoker?
